Based on Article. 6 clause 1 letter a) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data No. 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), I consent to the processing of my personal data provided above by the Personal Data Administrator - Paderna Sp. Z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw in order to offer me real estate sale services provided as part of the company's business of building and selling flats at the Fabryka PZO housing estate, ul. Grochowska in Warsaw (Warsaw-Prague).

Based on Article. 172 of the Telecommunications Act of July 16, 2004, I consent to the use by Paderna sp.z o.o. based in Warsaw, telecommunications terminal equipment for direct marketing purposes;
